2000 monte carlo fuel sending sensor

:runaround: how to change fuel sending sensor in gas tank, easy or hard ?:jerking:

this is very easy to replace just fold your back seats down and pull up the carpet just behind the back seats in the trunk there is a velcro spit in the carpet after you pull back the carpet you will se a access panel in the trunk floor remove the nuts off the door and use a screwdriver to pry the panel open and wala there is your fuel pump just unlach the electical connections then undo the 3 fuel lines then tap the retaining ring to the left and remove the old pump then replace and reverse the steps . i had to do this yesterday and it was very easy just make sure you use a hammer ans punch to reset the retaining ring
:nono:oh do not hook up power connections before you replace the fuel lines if you do you will be soaked with fuel lol.:nono:
