My CEL came on driving home in my OBD1 94 Lude, so I figured okay, I'll get home, shut the car off, hook up the metal to complete the circuit, and count the blinks on my dash (instructions via Chilton's) Well when I connect the wires, I turn the car to the Acc position, and the CEL doesn't come on. So I take off the wires, and try it, and it still doesn't come on. Any ideas?
Internet said use the Blue connector (Looks like this [-|-|-], where each - is a place to put a wire, while Chiltons said use the one next to it with two. Any ideas at all? I'm stuck :[

Chiltons is not a book to use!!!
The connector is behind your glove box. The one with two wires coming in. It is plugged into a dummy connector. So just pull it out of it and use a paper clip to shorten two contacts.
Your key should be in the ON position, not in ACC.
Good luck,
Sam

Here is what I see. I read a forum saying it's on the drivers side in Preludes. The first picture is behind the glove box, the second is the connector under the driver's side.

I missed your car model. Thought that was Accord.
Try to visit other Honda forums, or may be just Google...
Good luck,

I did that. It seems it only comes on when the engine is at running temp. Coolant Temp Sensor maybe?

I would not try to guess, replace parts and hope that you got it. This cost money after all.
I have Haynes manual for 94 Accord. If there is something I can find I will post back.

That's what I was thinking, and I'm going to college so I can't spend more than I have to. But alright.
