Get a impact and be done with it. Get new head bolts to put back in.

i have no access or funds to get an impact gun, so i was wondering if the wd40 would help to loosen em up so i can get em out.

Try a breaker bar but BECAREFUL! Dont snap the head bolts off. While ur at it. Replace them with apr bolt set. I think they're hundred bucks.
