Radio and clock not working

My '98 Amigo sat for approx. 1-1/2 years. Everything worked when lat drove. I just got it all ready for the daughter to drive, but the radio, cd player, clock, and the cig. lighter do not work. The fuses look good for the lighter, but....can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Any takers on this one ?

radio and cd will be on another fuse. If it isn't named as radio, look at 'interior". May be done with a relay, not sure. May have a fuse box inside the car and under the hood. Regardless, it will be on a seperate fuse from lighter. The lighter issue may simply be a bad element.
