need a sway bar. OEM or aftermarket?

hey everyone i needa new sway bar. i can get an OEM bar with bushings and links for around 150. are there any aftermarket sway bars out there that are around that price, but better? or should i just get the OEM replacement? thanks

check zzperformance.com. They offer a solid (vs oem hollow) sway bar kit that includes links and mount bushings for around $100.

The ZZP one is a GM Performance Parts Bar. As Rich stated it is a direct replacement and is solid vs hollow. A lot of us are running them (me included).

Aftermarket things like sway bars tend to not "fit" 100% and are sometimes harder to install because of it.

I would stick with a GM replacement.

ZZP's will be right around that same price.

I'm not sure that I buy the endlinks and midpoints are poly. I looked all over hell to find a set of 34mm poly midpoint bushings when I ordered my GMPP bar, and I could not find any. The best I found was 33mm or 35mm from Energy Suspension. They had no 34mm.

I think it might be a gimmick and he's trying to trick you into thinking the midpoints and endlinks he's shipping are poly when in fact they are not.

Its your call. Eithe way, let us know.
