2002 SVT Focus Brake problem...

Well here goes...

My rear brakes have been on the fritz lately and I haven't had the time or money to get them fixed.

However, leaving the parking garage today... started my car, took off the e-brake, and started to go in reverse, noticed the car wasn't really moving easially, almost like the e-brake was on still.

Pushed in the foot brake, went all the way to the floor, e-brake went all the way up. After hitting the foot brake a couple times, it finally "caught." Brakes were making a squealing noise from the rear right for a little bit, then went back to grinding, also heard that wheel chirp at first. Any ideas there?

Questions:
1. Could my brakes just be leaking?
2. Why would the car not be moving as it should? (I heard grinding from the rear right brake, which normally has been happening, not this bad though.)

I'm taking it tomorrow morning to be fixed, and I assume I can make it home okay? Should I just pump the brakes here and there?
