Outside of having an alignment check.
What are the driving habits of the driver?
Does the vehicle do mainly right hand turns?
I'm not trying to be smart here, but I have several drivers at work who just love to push the vehicle through the turns. They also follow the same route daily which adds to the wear. They think it's cool to just boil the tires through the turns.

Check your ball joints, sway bar links etc. If something is worn get it replaced and do an alignment. Sorry but the tire will never recover form the abnormal wear.

If the wear pattern is smooth, camber needs adjustment. If the pattern is symetrically cupped, (jagged), all the way around the tire, toe needs adjustment. Reading tire wear is pretty much a lost art... a proper alignment will solve the problem though. Along with suspension and steering linkage parts, make sure they check front chassis ride height. Any loose or worn parts should be replaced, and adjust the torsion bars if necessary to correct ride height. Incorrect ride height will cause premature wear to all 4 ball joints, all 4 CV joints, and the outer tie rod ends.
