Nissan Relay Problem

A friend of mine has a problem with his nissan bluebird. There is no petrol going to the injectors. The fuel pump is working as he used a jump wire to test it and it works fine. The relay has also been changed. He found out with the help of a tester that when he turns the key to the ON position there is no power going to the fuel pump relay. All connections to the fuel pump relay are in good order and this is the only relay that has no power to it. Any help or even diagrams will be much appreciated :)
