2002 LS Already changed Pcv Valve And Elbow! Please Help???

I have a 2002 Lincoln Ls And Its Idling Real Bad. I heard the vacum Leak so i took the intake off and found the 90' hose the go's to the pcv valve with a hole in it. I went ahead and replaced it and also replaced the Pcv valve and the car wont stall anymore, but the idle is Horrible! Can anyone help? i Also replaced the two front 02 sencors... Im Stressed....
