My 1:1 is a 1999 Tahoe LT 4x4 in burgandy w/ burgandy interior. It has a 4" lift, with 33" Baja Claws & M/T Classic II's. As for the model, I built it previously stock out of box. I've been wanting to do a model of my Tahoe since I got it, but could never round up all the parts, until now.
A few things wont be an exact replica (I'm using 38" super swampers on Outlaw II wheels; so a bigger lift is needed, and the model itself is of a 1996, so it has the older style dash board), but I plan on painting it to match..
so far; what I've done.. I used a Toyota Hilux frame, with the front suspension still intact. The leaf springs and rear axle are from a Ford F150, front inner fenderwells from a Cadillac ESV, and parts of a Pathfinder found them selves in there too..
