"Seat" is not much to go on. Are you talking about DIScomfort? Have someone else inspect your driving position (in the driveway, with door open, car off). There may be an ergonomic adjustment you're not noticing, that could help; angle, height, etc.. Worst case, look for aftermarket seats. Ricaro IIRC makes very comfortable seats for long races etc. but they're not cheap...

my initial psot didnt work... I'm referring to the seat cushion feel in my 08 sienna - drivers side. It feels like I am feeling the seat skeleton under my legs right and left. When we purchased it I was particularly interested in this as same issue in my 04.. here I had the dealer pull it apart and I could see the wire in the seat cushion that I was feeling.. Apparently they changed the design in later models and Iw as optimisitc when we got the 08.. in fact the seat felt good intially .. now - 8 months later... not so much... adjustments on the power seat make no difference.
