Instument cluster

Howdy All!. I have a 1998 Dodge Caravan with the classic dead instrument cluster. I'm having a problem removing the shift indicator cable. Any idea's or suggestions much appreciated. Thanks. P.S. Also trying to remove the rear hub and bearing assembly. It won't budge. Any Idea's.

Go under the hood and find the power distribution center with the fuses in it and find the "IOD" fuse I think near the top and pull it for 2 minutes and then reinsert and see if that helps ,this resets the bcm . Will also wipe your radio presets when you do this so you will have to reprogram.

Pull the string and unhook it from the shifter and then turn the adjuster until it falls off. You can resolder the cluster to repair it
