Welcome to the forum. Are you seeing a service engine light? In either case you can either do the key dance to read codes or head to an AutoZone or the like and they will connect a scanner and read the more informative "P" codes for free in most states. I would lean away from (not eliminate) a TP sensor. Why would it not work when at speed and work fine from a stand still? I would think you'd see hesitation, stumble anytime you pushed the accelerator. Poor acceleration at speed is one indicator for a week fuel pump. From a standstill punch the accelerator a good bit more than normal. If it stumbles I'd lean towards the pump. Check fuel pressure with a pressure gauge. AutoZone or similar store will lend you one for a deposit. Some will even check it for you.
