98 Grand Caravan Wiring Question

So I bought some fog lights from the local walmart to augment the weak lighting on my Grand Caravan and have a fairly noob wiring thing going on directly from the battery to the lights and then ground. I was wondering if there was any way to hook the fog lights into the parking light or headlight relay so that they turn on when the parking lights or headlights go on. I'm sure its possible, but I was wondering if anyone would advise doing something like that, and would it be something that a relatively new person to automotive wiring would be able to handle?
