I have some problem with te speedometer and the rpm.

When I start the engine the rpm meter shows about 5-7000rpm and when I drive in 50 km/h the speedometer shows about 100 km/h.

What can be the wrong in our car?

Seems to be reading backwards.

Not sure about this...but several members have had similar problem and mentioned a possible ground problem...if the ground of the instrument panel becomes somewhat separated from the actual car ground level (corrosion), this will disturb completely all IP readings. Either find the ground connection for the IP and take a voltage measurement between that "ground" and a solid engine ground...should read zero, or run a new wire from IP ground to engine ground....and please report findings.....at this time, although it is electrically plausible, all of this is merely allegations or speculation as no final report has come out about these occurrences or solutions..... but actual corrosion at splices, under floor mat, either at 12V supply lines or ground bus, have been reported , having consequences on the operation or various accessories....

Now I have installed extra ground wires from the instruments directly to the engine. A bigger ground cable from the battery to the engine and also a big ground cable from the engine to the chassi.

Does anyone know were the instruments ground wires are conected to the chassi?

Instrument panel ground ( at least for 95-suspect 90 the same) is the rather infamous G200 (G@200), a major ( and at times troublesome) ground post located behind the drivers side plastic kick panel, on the side wall besides the parking brake pedal. There will be several other ground wires connected to that post.
Good luck
Jeff
