2002 Explorer 4.0 light problems

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer 4x4 4.0 automatic.
I got out of truck tonight and noticed fog lights were on when they were;nt turned on so after playing with switch they went off well I noticed after that the rear viem mirror lights were staying on while dome lights went off all fuse's are good none blown any suggestions.

Also my a/c works but my heater wont its like it wont switch from cold to hot and makes a fun sound when I try to switch it to hot like the door wont open and close but does blow cold air any suggetions.
