97 z24 clutch slips

hi i need help on 1997 z24 2.4 5 speed. whenever i change the gear it slips. i just bought this cars 4 days ago. in the first the clutch fluid was also almost empty and i put some fluid on it still it slips and the gear knob is also kind of sticky. i have no idea whats going on. please help me:frown::frown::frown::frown:
