92 cherokee not shifting

i have a 92 cherokee loredo last week the idle was high about 1500 when i first start it. it was also not shifting right it would only shirt no higher then 3000 rpm. i was getting a code for the temp sensor but the voltage was fine on it. i ended up replacing the ecm thinking it will take the problem away but it didnt. it still doesnt shift right. now i have a code for the tps. should i replace the tps or the temp sensor or map sensor?
