4.6 to 5.0 eng swap 96 cougar

does any one know what is going to have to be done to swap a 4.6 to a 5.0 in a 1996 mercury cougar is going to be hard easy what will i need?:runaround:

i also wanted to ask if any one knew if my c-4 auto would fit with it as well
