Looks like a gasket of some kind?

If I were to take a good stretch of a guess, I'd say there was an engine and tranny in those packed containers...

Yeah, it definately looks like the gasket that goes between the motor and the transaxle. So...what is it?

all i need now is a driver side axle, and gear oil really. 5 speed swap is in the works, within 2 months for sure.
