There is a squeak or groan coming from right front that just started out of the blue. You feel it in the steering wheel. and it happens anytime thw van is moving, also passenger side power window goes down but will not go up and then a day or several days later it will go up but not come down. I replaced the sway bar links and bushings at 46000 it has 86000 on it now. This squeak just started one day after it had been setting (didn't do it in am but did it in pm)

Do you here a clicking when you back up and turn hard in either direction?? If so check your cv axleshafts.
When you are driving approx. 45 mph does the noise change when you turn either left or right??? Best to check this on a road that is traveled very little and swerve right to left and vice versa and listen for a change in noise either direction. IF it is your right wheel bearing the noise will change when you turn to the left putting more pressure on the right wheel bearing. Another test you can try is jack up the right side of vehicle and place your hands at 12 and 6 o'clock and see if there is movement in the wheel bearing when you attempt to move it in a towards the engine compartment and away fro engine compartment. Even tho there may not be any movement in bearng the bearing could be dry and needs replacement. Also rotate the wheel and see if you can feel any roughness.
When were the front brake pads last inspected or replaced.
Hope this helps.
