Fusable link locations on 98 LTC starter

Hi guys where in the world are the fuseable links on the starter wires for the 98 LTC. I've got a problem where it seems like there is a burned fuseable link somewhere but I don't see any. I can hear the starter relay clicking so my ignition switch is good. Starter and solenoid is good, all wires appear to be good, battery ends are good. I just don't have any power to the starter.
