1995 blazer no spark

i put a junk yard motor in and changer dist. over cause it was a flat cap that was in it not the round and also change timimg chain cover so i could put crank sencer in. tryed to start and i have no spark from coil checked all wires, grounds, they are all good were should i do next.

Does the pink wire at the coil show battery voltage when the ignition is in the RUN & START positions?

yes i ckecked for power and paulse at the coil and the both show good

If the pink wire at the coil shows battery voltage and the white wire pulses while cranking, and there is no spark from the coil wire, the coil is bad.

thank you i did replace the coil. the one i had was new but must of been bad from the parts store that fix the prob.
