I have a Dodge D150, 1983. Slant 6. Was sitting for 1 year. Just purchased knowing I would have some work ahead or me. After some minor repairs it runs fine. But when driving, The front end will go straight, then after awhile It may bull hard to the left. Then after a bit it will pull to the right. Then after a while it will vibrate or rock kinda hard as if the wheel is wobbling and coming off. This all happens and changes as you drive. I did check lug nuts and they are tight. Could it be the tires? alignment? tie rods? axles? What would cause it to do all this in one trip to the store? 5 miles each way. If it were the tires I would think it would constantly pull or wobble or whatever. Cause it also drives fine (as if nothing is wrong)at times during this whole adventure, then it will act up.
Thanks

Hey there. Glade to see you gt a new dodge. I have an 82 and an 85 dodge 150's. The stearing in them is sloppy also. The best you can do is try and buy a new stearing assister and new joints. But mine both will go straight and then to the left or right depending on the road. I am use to it and just compensate for it. Hope this helps. :nono:
I take it you fixed the carb.

Any problems while braking? I've had a couple of old Mopars that needed new calipers.
