2004 malibu ac

Hi all,Ac not blowing cold,just put in a compressor,expansion valve,new condenser/with dryer,flushed out system and evaporator,put vacuum pump on ,filled with freon and can only get 75 on the high side with the low side at 40-50 seems like a restriction I dont get it !!.Is there a way to reset the ac. I dont have air control but I notice when I push the ac button- the round snowflake button -that it blinks three times.I remember reading once there is a technique to reset this any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
