drl fix update

I have 3 grand prixs 2 of which the daytime running lights failed, I have read many forums on this topic and got a lot of ideas. All I did was replace the heat sink located drivers side under dash accessible from opening in side of dash. DRL are working fine now. Thanks for everybody's input on the subject.
