Vacuum Diaphram

Greetings, Does anyone know where the vacuum diaphram on a 1987 e150 with a 302 is located on the transmission? Vehicle shifts very hard and I think it might be a vacuum problem. Thanks for any help.

It should be on the side of the transmission with a vacuum line going to it from the intake manifold. If you don't see it your engine has an electrical soldenoid which could be bad also.
