I have a 93 sw20 in a 91 mr2. I want to adjust my idle so it is a little higher because my car seems to idle about 100-200 rpm below normal and there for my car boggs a little bit. Is there a way i can change my idle? if so how?

Don't adjust your idle just yet. You did not say if you have the 5S or the 3S turbo motor.
Usually the 3S will have low idle for one (or both) of 2 reasons:
1) Air in the throttle body water coolant lines. The TB has coolant going through it and if there is an air bubble in there, the 3S doesn't like it.
2) a bad VSS. If you have a 1993+ trans, and wiring, then you have a VSS. Vehicle Speed Sensor. If it goes bad, the computer doens't like it, but it won't give you a CEL. if you run the diagnostic mode, it will say bad VSS even though it never threw a CEL.
Check for air in the TB water lines first. That is the most common culprit. In my case, I have a 93 turbo, and I have a bad VSS. I have a new one and one of these days I will put the damn thing on because my low idle is driving me nuts.
