86 camry emissions fail due to high NOx

This car runs great but the NOx levels are way over the roof. I was wondering what should I do to fix this issue. I installed a new CAT and exhaust system is new too. What are my options. Would really appreciate help.

It's very likely your EGR. Take the EGR valve off with the pipe and all hoses. You will see a lot of carbon deposits and probably clogging the pipe/hoses. Clean them up, you should be good to go.

do u guys have access to a pdf format of the car manual. I want to work on the car but don't have the manual... Not a prof. so need guidance.
