I jus started this one maybe 2 days ago...it is going to be red and was supposed to have T-Tops until i saw that the t-top bracket fits about as good as the front and bacj bumpers:mad: ...Anyway here are some progress pix

Tell me wut u think...the bumpers will all be molded on as well as the sideskirts cuz they fit so badly

I jus cut out the top of the doors so that it looks more like a targa top...and I am now assemblin the chassis cuz it is done drying

Would it look ok if i painted the interior in gloss colors and then just scuffed it up with a brillo pad so that it isn't shiny anymore?

if i rub it with a brillow it wont be glossy anymore...i jus tryed it on the floor of the model cuz i figure u wont see that very much and it looks fine...kinda looks better cuz it has a scratchy carpet look to it

When I didnt have any flat color paints I just painted the interiors in gloss then sprayed them with Testors Dull Coat

why not? i did in my camaro. it looks just like leather. ohh, but dont do the bottom of the interior gloss. then it get kinda weird. and people ask questions.

Are you talking about the body or the taillight peice?

If you are talking about the clearpeice I think all you would have to paint it is clear red. from Tamiya or from another company you know.

I see that mustang everyday on my way to school, the rear I mean.

The rear of the body is body color. the tailights of course are clear red.

Just ask if you don't understand anything I said.

Those rims make it look a little wierd! Just because those were ment for Euro and other stuff but hey its your creation.. anyway this stang is nice but anyway good luck and hope to see some progress!

Here are some pix of it painted...when i put the clear on it fogged up...my dad sed it was too humid outside so i will probably wetsand it down next week wen i get back from florida cuz rite now it is FAR from shiny:D
