95 head light covers

95 head light covers how do you get these things off and what is a good way to clean them? There so dim I might as well leave the lights off.

The 95-97 headlight covers do not come off. Most people just wetsand them and then buff them back up to a shine which improves them, but won't completely eliminate the yellowing/fogging. Or you can pay the $120 and get a new set.

Good thing I did not try to pry them off. Thanks for the help.
