94 Jetta GL Crank, won't start, reading code 1-0-0-2!!!

Jetta cranks but wont turn over, dash is reading code IN 02, no idea what that means or if it has anything to do with it!! Everything else seems to be fine but it just won't start. Fuel pump in working, MAF is fine...just no fuel or spark!? No idea! PLEASE help!! Thanks!
