2006 license plate location

Our state requires a front license plate. The car doesn't have any holes in the bumper. There are three small oval indentations, two at the top & one at the bottom. Is this where the plate holder should go? Its great that GM maybe saved a couple bucks by leaving them out. :sunglasse

Yes, those are the marks for the license plate bracket.
one on top and two on the bottom.

Thanks for the help. I bought plate holder and just screwed it to the bump in the indentations. I just think there should have been something in the bumper to hold the plate on. If anyone else wants to know. They will need the mounting bracket that screws to the bumper and a cover plate that fits over the license plate and that screws to the mounting plate.
