2000 sunfire overheating

yes i have a 2000 sunfire with a 2.2 engine in it i have replaced the thermostat ,water pump, cylinder head , radiator and still the thing wants to over heat the fans are working i bleed it out numuroes of times is there anything else it could be it just boils water out of the reasavour please help:crying:

Cracked block in the cylinder wall? I don't see what else it could be... Unless there's no tension on the belt and it's slipping on the water pump pulley, or the back of the belt is glazed over really bad. You could remove the thermostat and see if it still does it. Might try a new pressure cap, but if it's a 50/50 mix, the coolant shouldn't boil at atmospheric pressure until 240 degrees(?) Is it doing it idling or driving? At idle is the cooling fan coming on? While driving, could be inoperative EGR, but I only saw that once on a big truck that had a mostly plugged radiator and was close to overheating anyway, so not likely with your new radiator. Pull the upper hose off at the engine and be sure the pump is actually pushing water out, possibly some obstruction in the block.
