Where is a good website to order both lower and upper gaskets from?
The one's I've seen only have the upper one.
and do I get aluminum or rubber for the lower intake gasket?
thanks for your replies guys!

You and I are in the same boat my frined. LIM gaskets arent hard, just time comsuming. If you lable everything and keep the bolts with the item removed, you'll be fine.

I am waiting on a ported and polished lower intake manifold from Milzy Motor Sports. If you have mods or are planning on modding, the ported LIM ran me around 200 but I get 75 back when I ship the stock one back for a core. Let me know if you want more details.

Bob (bnaylor) has a writeup on LIM gasket R&R maybe he will share with you.

On the L67, I'm using the GM metal framed gaskets. I think ZZP might sell the complete kit including the metal framed LIM gaskets, Supercharger Gasket, Supercharger o-rings, and coolant elbows. Only issue is ZZP ships thiers with a garlock supercharger gasket. (which from what I hear are JUNK) Knowing this I ordered my gaskets straight through the dealership. If you need a complete list of part numbers let me know (compliments of Richtazz). All the parts not including oil/filter/coolant (which I have on hand) ran me about 150.00.

hey tblake,
I seen that kit from zzperformance...and that kit includes alot of gaskets that I think I dont need for now.
What im looking in getting is, and tell me if I need more.

Lower intake manifold gasket,
Upper intake manifold gasket,
and the injector o-rings.

Also, do we have an L67 or L36?

your 2002 GTP with a 3800 V6 supercharged is an L67.

-Lower intake Gaskets (metal framed ones dont include RTV for valley gasket ends, you'll need some)
-Supercharger Gasket
-Supercharger/LIM coolant o-rings (2 needed)
-Coolant elbows (upper and lower)
-Injector o-rings

dex-cool, 10w30, wix 51040.

Done!

hey tblake,
when u say supercharger gasket, thats the upper intake gasket and the two o-rings for it, correct?

technically your car does not have an "upper intake" the supercharger itself is the upper intake. So in a word yes, when we say supercharger gasket (it would be the same princibal as the upper intake gasket).

The part number I gave you for the supercharger gasket just includes the paper gasket and not the o-rings (which need to be purchased seperate).
