2002 grand prix gtp radio problem?

i had taken out the radio 3 tmes b4 with no problem. the bulb for the display was out so i got a bulb and put it in and now the display will show the time if you hit the hour button but it wont turn on. bulb works and the cd will take and eject disks. whats the problem? locked?

I thought GM's displayed "LOC" when they are locked. I dont know.

Did you ever git a fix or find the cause of this issue? it's the same one my car has, in addition to the windows also not working...:confused:
