So I'm driving home after work on this nice spring evening and I hear a buzzing increasing in volume. I check my mirrors and see a lone head lamp coming fast. He flies by as if I'm standing still. Damn…… I check the mirrors again for the inevitable red flashes that seem to follow, but there were none. So I down shift and increase my speed to investigate.
As I crest over the hill I see sitting at the light is this lone dark figure. I pull up next to him and I glance over, he’s dressed all in black from head to toe, a dark visor concealing his identity definatly Ninja like in appearance.
He looks over and examine the car. After noticing my little wing he starts to rev his engine, vrroooommm.. vrroooommm… vrroooommm.. vrroooommm. Louder and louder he continues all the while staring in my direction. The Ninja looks to have an easy kill and is enjoying his moment intimidating the Cobalt with his sounds of angry buzzing. Before us are 3 miles of empty road and no side streets. It will be an ugly death for the Cobalt.
With his confidence high, he continues to rev the engine and stare in my direction. The Ninja doesn’t notice the light turn green. The Cobalt does and launches perfectly. The Cobalt draws first blood. The Ninja reacts and launches the front wheel into the air, unbalanced he drops both feet to steady himself. I shift the Cobalt to second and the Ninja has recovered and is gaining fast. The Cobalt is at 65mph and he's at my door. The driver looks over, I smile and slam it to third. By 80 he turns his head back again to see his progress, the Cobalt is still in the fight. He hunches lower and finally goes for the death strike, he goes full throttle and pulls away. He glimpses back once more to ensure the Cobalts death. I wave goodbye and return to cruising speed.
*ring*……….. *ring*
“hello”
“What are you doing”
“Wondering what’s going through the mind of a Ninja”
“very funny, bring home some pizza”
“yes dear”………..

A noble death. (I hope I'm not being a total dumbass by clarifying that the driver himself not only looked like a ninja, but he was on a Kawasaki Ninja?) Sounds like you almost got lucky due to his cockiness, but I've heard that next to the Hayabusa's, those things are ferrari killers. Good run anyways :-)

I call BS.
Everyone knows the Black Stig doesn't drive a motorcycle.
Good death, I like racing bikes. There is something fun about knowing that, as you stay within a handful of lengths, the guy is really just toying with you. You know that the guy on the bike looked over his shoulder, saw you, and though, "Oh, we're racing", and then just laid into it.

There's a guy at the local 1/4 mile track that races on an 06 Triumph. He runs that thing a consistant 11.4 at 122 mph.
