Why don't you just get a Haynes manual for the vehicle at your local parts store?

Well, if you find one for free I can guarantee you it wasn't meant to be free and it is copyrighted material.

I would just fork out the 20 bucks and by a manual, you can take it outside with you while you work on the car. Yes you could do the same thing with the pdf, if you print it out, and you would spend about the same thing on ink and paper as you would just buying the manual to start with.

AutoZone provides free repair guides (basically electronic Haynes manuals) on their website. Not quite as handy as a copy in-hand, but great for quick checks on procedures or torque values.

Thank you for the tip. I needed a wiring schematic and found it on the library's website. My car problem was not worth buying a service manual, but was more of a nuisance item. I WAS ABLE TO FIX THE CAR TODAY, thanks to your tip!

Here is another site:

enter 123456789 for library card number
click on the box with library in it and more will appear, submit the Public Library of Cincinnati
Scroll down to Auto Repair Reference Center (ARRC)
Choose year, make, model, engine

Includes TSB"S and Recalls, wiring diagrams

Your local Library may have it also. A paperback is better but online is informational.
