F350 steering wheel jerks right

2002 F-350, 4wd, manual hubs, when going straight down the road, no bumps, will jerk the steering wheel to the right for a moment. Front end is tight, new steering stabilizer. It almost seems like hydraulic pressure is being shot to the steering box causing it to jerk to right. Any thoughts?

Bad tie rod bushing or steering box slop.
