HD2500 Frame repair question

I have an 04 Chevy 2500HD pick up that has been hit in the front. The horns were knocked about 2.5 inches toward the passenger side. My local frame guy says he can't pull an HD frame. Surely there are shops that can pull them. I am located in North Alabama.
Any advise is appreciated.
