'95 auto level issue.. car doesn't know when it's level

This problem just started on me a few days ago.. When the compressor kicks on now, it runs faaaar longer than its standard recharge cycle, overpressurizing the shocks, and resulting in an extremely stiff rear end. After the pump cuts out, the ride returns to normal after a few minutes.. I was wondering if the leveling unit could have been rattled loose, and lodged in some way, so it doesn't know when to shut the pump off? Also, where is the leveling unit located? In the meantime I would at least like to pull the fuse on the compressor, but it's not marked! I've read around here that it should be the #4 20amp fuse, but there is nothing there in my fusebox.. Any help here would be greatly appreciated, I love this car, but it handles like an empty lumber truck when the shocks are over pressurized!

I was able to find, and pull, the ELC fuse.. It was located in my engine bay fusebox, rather than the interior fusebox where I had read it was located.. Still trying to figure out why the compressor won't shut off when it reachs proper pressure though.. ideas?
