back seat fold down

I just bought a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT coupe for my daughter. It has the 3400 V-6 engine in it, which I don't think is important for this question. How do I fold down the rear seat-back to allow larger items like snow skis to be put in the trunk? I can't seem to find any latch to release the seat-back.

Your post was moved to its own thread, being a seat issue I didnt see it getting the proper attension in a batterylight thread. :sorry:
On with the seat, open the trunk, back where the light and speakers are thier should be two black straps hanging down, one for each side. Just pull the strap and push the appropriate seat open.
