1957 f-250 Help

What is a 57 f-250 worth?! it was last registered in 86 and has a 272 y-block. 6.5 ft style side with 4 speed synchronized tranny on the floor. floor is shot but the body is pretty decent with some work needed. Truck is all original with 40000 miles. any help is appreciated!

Does it have On-Star? How many cup holders does it have? Does it have A/C? How many MPGs does it get?
