Brake Calipers

I want to replace the front brake calipers. I saw the calipers mounting bolts was striped when using the 3/8" hex key. I also try using the vise grips to remove these bolts and just slips and slide. Any suggestions to remove these bolts? :confused:

What year? Front or rear?
