Fixing Rusted Engine Mounts

I would like some advice on replacing/fixing my engine mounts. My right (driver side) mount is very rusted and partially separated. Is there something I can do to fix it on my own or should I take it to a shop? What would be the cost of such a repair? I can take a picture of it if needed. There's a lot of vibration in my 98 voyager.

if that bad go junk yard get better shape main then get bushing replaced wood block and jack few sockets easy
