I want to change transmission fliud for my integra AUTO. Genuine Honda ATF and Premium HONDA ATF? Which is better?

well i dont own an auto, never have, never will, but im guessing that PREMIUM is better, just like at the gas station, PREMIUM gas is the best... if not see which one costs more and that one is probably best
