2000 1500 AC issues

I recently purchased a 2000 Ram and am having problems with what i believe to be the AC Condenser. Especially under load their is a wine that comes from inside the engine bay. At first i just thought it was the belt, but further sound tests make me believe its the pulley on the AC. Anybody familiar with this occurance? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
