600 f4i fourtrax

Trying to get a cbr 600 f4i running in a 250r fourwheeler. Have the complete harness and am assuming the ECM is good. have closed the ignition switch, engine start stop switch and the kickstand switch. have hard wired power to the engine stop relay and have closed the loop on the fuel cut off relay. the ignition pulse generator and the cam pulse generator are in and pluged into harness. i dont have the bank angle sensor, clutch or neutral switch hooked up. i am getting no spark but have constant power at the coils and the injectors. HELP!!!!
