98 bonniville security light flashes all the time no start

My sisters 98 boniville will not start batt is charged starter check good if you jump the wire it start only breafly like the other car on this forum the security light flashes constant with the key in on position the wireing on the colume look good my question is were is the location of the anti theft relay or as some call it the starter enable relay i was told it located to the left of the stearing colume support but i cant see any thing there

Clean the resistor pellet in your key head- real good with rubbing alcohol - dry it and try again...

ok thank to all the nice people who respond to those indestess the problem with this car was the anti theft system a nice person like my self who help other on this forum told me how to fix it we seen the youtube gm bypass vidieo clip by cutting the wires and putting resistors in fixed the problem a thanks to all of you who help
