Last night 3 friends of mine and I were in my Tundra coming home from a late night dinner. On the way home we rolled up next to this Yellow Dodge neon sporting a massive body kit, wing, green neon lights(both under and inside the car). He also had this nasty sounding dual exhaust. It may even have been tips, I couldn't tell. When we rolled up next to him at the stop light we all started laughing at him and his car. He gave us the finger for laughing at him I assume and when the light turned green sped up rather quickly to the next light. I paced him to that light and realized that I barley got into the truck at all. I told the guys I was going at the next light and they all started laughing even harder.
At the next light I put my foot on the brake and rev'd the motor trying to get into a race. He too rev'd and then made it sound as if he was staging the car. The light turned green and he got out ahead of me by about half a car length till the back tires on the old beast caught, then we lurched ahead of him and continued to pull and pull hard. When we finally slowed down roughly 7 or eight cars lengths up (at about 70 mind you) he went flying buy then hit the brakes. At the next stop light he told me I had to pay up since he only raced for money and it was obvious that he had kicked my ass." We laughed again got on the highway and sped up while he tried to follow and left him to the point of no return. We still were laughing about him this morning.

i hate it when people go by you after youve clearly won then they think theyve won. not only in car racing either. obvious jealousy.:finger:

Look on the bright side: It's better than them trying to run you off the road.
A similar thing happened to a buddy of mine and I, except we weren't racing this guy. We were traveling on the freeway (2 lanes) and this legacy cut me off. We had walkie talkies, so I walkie talkied my friend and said let's pull a two lane block on this guy to piss him off. So we both sped past him, got in each of our lanes and slowed to about 40 (in a 70). Pretty soon this legacy comes roaring up like a bat out of hell, takes the outside shoulder, and passes my friend. My friend wasn't going to have it, so he pulled up to him on the left lane and was riding side by side for about two seconds when the legacy just swerves into him, trying to hit him or something. My friend took a little rally course on the side of the freeway, slowed down and walkie talkied me back saying "this guy is a fucking nutcase, maybe we should back off". I agreed.

You know, I am a Mopar man, and that tool doesn't deserve ANY Mopar. I can't believe the dolt even went as far to say "I only race for money, and it is obvious that I won."
